Terms of use
Short version: be honest about who you are and what you are offering, keep it civil, and we will keep the platform running.

Who can use TryWithJob
Anyone 16 or older can create a job seeker account. Employer accounts are for people authorised to recruit on behalf of the organisation they register.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
What you post
You keep ownership of your resume, posts and messages. You give us permission to display them on the platform so the product can work.
Do not post anything false, discriminatory, harassing, or that is not yours to post. Job listings must be real openings at the company on the listing, with no fee charged to the applicant.
Employer approval
A company can only publish jobs after an administrator approves it. We may decline or withdraw approval if a listing or a company looks misleading.
Moderation
Every post, comment and profile can be reported from its ··· menu. We review reports and may remove content or suspend an account. Suspended accounts can no longer sign in.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee you a job, an interview, or a reply from an employer. AI match scores and explanations are guidance, not a hiring decision, and can be wrong.
The service is provided as is. We try hard to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a bug.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date above. Questions go to the contact page.
